Account Information#
When you create a DeckWizard account, we collect your email address, name, and any profile information you choose to share. This helps us personalize your experience and keep your decks secure.
Content and Usage Data#
We collect the content you create—your pitch ideas, company descriptions, and generated slides. We also track how you use our platform to continuously improve the AI and user experience. Your content remains yours, and we never use it to train our models unless you explicitly opt in.

AI Model Training
By default, we do not use your content to train our AI models. Your pitch decks and business information remain private to you.

We never sell your personal data. Period. We also don't use your customer content for ad retargeting or share it with advertisers. Your business ideas stay confidential.
We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run DeckWizard, and only under strict data protection agreements.

Account data is retained for 90 days after deletion to allow recovery if needed. Support conversations are kept for 24 months to help resolve future issues.

AI Features and Customer Content#
DeckWizard uses AI to help you create better presentations. Here's how we handle your content:
- Your content stays yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.
- Service use only. Your prompts, uploads, and generated outputs processed on deckwizard.ai are used solely to provide the AI features you request—nothing more.
- No training by default. We do NOT use your customer content to train or improve AI models unless you explicitly opt in via the toggle below or by emailing privacy@deckwizard.ai.
- Secure handling. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to authorized systems.
⚠️ Important: AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or non-unique. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs across users. Always review and verify AI-generated content before use in professional or important contexts.
Optional: Help Improve Our AI
You can choose to help us improve DeckWizard by allowing your anonymized interactions to be used for model training. This is completely optional and off by default.
Security#
